Collections

The Government Documents Collection includes documents from the government of the United States and Utah. Selected publications are available for many other states. Since 1908, Brigham Young University has been a selective Federal Depository for United States publications, and many documents with older publication dates have been added to the collection. Documents from both the Legislative and Executive branches of government are found in the collection. The State and Municipal Documents Collection has selected publications of social, economic, and demographic data for many areas in the United States.  As a depository for Utah State publications, a selective collection of these documents is available. Many current publications are available on Federal and State websites or accessed through the Library's Homepage, "E-reference" link under "Government Documents".
